The ITMNR-9 will be hosted in the Kirchner Cultural Centre (Centro Cultural Kirchner), located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Kirchner Cultural Center, also known as CCK, is a space for plastic arts, musical shows and exhibitions, inaugurated on May 21, 2015 and located in the building that was previously the headquarters of the Post and Telecommunications Palace. It is the largest in size in Latin America and the third in the world along with the Pompidou Center in Paris; the Tokyo International Forum; and the Lincoln Center, in New York, which makes it a leading venue for international congresses and an excellent location for an event.
The CCK is only a short distance from the Buenos Aires Main Square (Plaza de Mayo) where most important buildings are placed: the Presidential Palace (Casa Rosada), Buenos Aires Cathedral (where it used to be based Pope Francisco), the Cabildo, museums, etc. It is possible to reach the centre with Line B and Line E of the city's underground, at Leandro N. Alem and Correo Central respectively.
